Pt. 5 – frame in frame
Ich finde immer, ein schönes Bild benötigt einen Rahmen. Sicherlich eine sehr persönliche Meinung, da es ja auch Aufhängemöglichkeiten und Trägermaterialien gibt, die keinen Rahmen benötigen.
Aber es gibt auch die Möglichkeit, ein Objekt im Foto durch einen vorhandenen Rahmen zu fotografieren: Fensterscheiben, Löchern in Mauern oder Zäunen, von der Natur eingerahmt und vielen anderen Möglichkeiten.
Das erste Foto zeigt eine Fjordlandschaft, aufgenommen durch ein Fenster auf einer Fähre auf der Fahrt von Bergen nach Stavanger in Norwegen. Das zweite Bild zeigt die Skyline von Mumbai, im Vordergrund ist das Fischerdorf Worli zu sehen, aufgenommen vom Worli Fort.
Das letzte Bild zeigt eine Perspektive aus den Tuchhallen in Krakau.
Ich finde, durch den Rahmen wirken die Bilder interessanter, es entsteht zusätzliche Tiefe im Bild und vermittelt dem Betrachter das Gefühl, selbst durch die Öffnung zu schauen und „näher dran zu sein“.
I always think a beautiful picture needs a frame. Of course, that’s a very personal opinion, since there are also hanging options and materials that don’t require a frame.
But there is also the possibility of photographing an object through an existing frame: window frames, holes in walls or fences, framed by nature, and many other possibilities.
The first photo shows a fjord landscape, taken through a window on a ferry traveling from Bergen to Stavanger in Norway. The second image shows the Mumbai skyline, with the fishing village of Worli in the foreground, taken from Worli Fort.
The last picture shows a perspective from the Cloth Hall in Krakow.
I think the frame makes the pictures more interesting, it creates additional depth in the image and gives the viewer the feeling of looking through the opening and being „closer“.
