Photo Competition

Auch in diesem Jahr habe ich am Fotowettbewerb des Swiss Photo Clubs teilgenommen. Letztes Jahr habe ich es mit einem Portrait aus Indien den Platz in die Top 50 des Jury Votings geschafft und im Publikums Voting den 3. Platz belegt.

Dieses Jahr bin ich mit zwei Fotos an den Start gegangen. Da das Thema immer frei wählbar ist, habe ich mich dieses Mal für Naturfotos entschieden.

Das Foto mit dem Titel „red eyes“ hat es dieses Mal in die Top 50 geschafft und ich freue mich sehr über die Anerkennung der Jury. Aufgenommen wurde es in Costa Rica.

Das Bild wird in der Strzelski Galerie in Stuttgart auf Alu-Dibond in gross ausgestellt.

Mein zweiter Beitrag „big mouth“ hat es nicht in die Top 50 geschafft, wird aber in einem kleinen Format ebenfalls ausgestellt.

I participated in the Swiss Photo Club’s photo competition again this year. Last year, a portrait from India made it into the top 50 of the jury’s vote and came in 3rd place in the public voting.

This year I entered with two photos. Since the theme is always freely selectable, I have chosen nature photos this time.

The photo titled “red eyes” made it into the top 50 this time, and I’m very thankful about the recognition. It was taken in Costa Rica.

The image will be exhibited in a large size on Alu-Dibond at the Strzelski Gallery in Stuttgart.

My second entry, “big mouth,” didn’t make it into the top 50, but it will also be exhibited in a smaller format.
